Amy is an amazing healer! She helped with me with post-birth trauma and injures including pelvic floor and core weakness that caused chronic back pain. She gave me back my mobility and ease after a decade of increasing pain and trying many other modalities. Orthopedic acupuncture released my birth trauma and allowed me to build back strength in my core, quads and lower back.
